SMS on Behalf of Business Clients

RingRing AI provides AI-powered SMS follow-up systems to business clients including medical spas, orthodontic practices, and other local businesses. When you receive an SMS through one of our client AI systems, that message is sent on behalf of the business client and not directly by RingRing AI. The business client is responsible for ensuring their patients and customers have provided appropriate consent prior to receiving automated messages.

AI Voice Calls — Inbound and Outbound

RingRing AI operates AI-powered voice systems that handle both inbound and outbound telephone calls on behalf of our business clients. These systems are built using voice AI technology powered by Synthflow AI and ElevenLabs and are deployed through Twilio telephony infrastructure.

Inbound AI Voice Calls

When a caller contacts a business that uses our AI Consultation Setter, their call is answered by an AI-powered voice system. The caller may be speaking with an automated AI rather than a human staff member. Our AI systems are configured to disclose their AI nature when directly and sincerely asked by the caller.

Outbound AI Voice Calls

Our systems may initiate outbound AI calls for appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and lead recovery sequences. Outbound calls are only placed to individuals who have previously contacted the business client or who have provided consent to be contacted.

Call Recording

Calls handled by our AI systems may be recorded for quality assurance, training, optimization, and compliance purposes. Callers in states that require two-party or all-party consent for call recording will receive an appropriate disclosure at the beginning of the call. By continuing a call after the disclosure, callers consent to being recorded.

Multiple Phone Numbers

RingRing AI provisions and manages multiple Twilio phone numbers on behalf of our business clients. Each phone number is assigned to a specific business client and is configured exclusively for that client practice. Phone numbers provisioned for one client are never shared with or used for another client. All phone numbers operated by RingRing AI comply with Twilio Acceptable Use Policy and applicable telecommunications law.

TCPA Compliance

RingRing AI and our business clients are required to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Automated or AI-generated calls and SMS messages are only placed to individuals who have provided prior express written consent, or where an established business relationship exists under applicable law. Recipients may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by verbally requesting to be removed from call lists during any AI voice interaction.
